Knox Insurance is a family-owned and operated agency located in the heart of Old Towne Orange. Since Rick and his father (R.E.) established the company in 1980, the company has grown to 13 full and part-time employees, several with 20+ years of service, including Rick's sister, Sue, who have worked alongside Rick for over 45 years.

Although R.E. has since passed away, Rick and his dedicated staff are determined to continue his commitment of personalized customer service.
Through the years, Knox Insurance's mission has remained steadfast. "We are service-driven, not commission-driven," explains Rick. "Customer needs come first. We return phone calls promptly, and we work with customers to help them get the right amount of coverage. Our goal is to look out for the customer's best interest and to use our experience and pose realistic 'What if?' questions."
Knox Insurance represents a variety of AM Best-rated companies providing a broad scope of policies and coverage options to fit most insurance needs. "We write both personal and commercial coverage and specialize in contractors and truckers who haul sand and gravel. We aim to give the customer appropriate choices, and then help them decide what's best for them."
