These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kgibinc.com (the "Site"), operated by KGIB, Inc., dba: Knox General Insurance Brokers ("Knox," "we," "us," or "our"), a California licensed insurance brokerage (CA License #0F00752). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

No Insurance Coverage Without a Policy

The Site provides general information about insurance products and services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of insurance, a contract for insurance coverage, or a guarantee that coverage will be issued. Quotes are not offers to insure and may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to policy issuance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
